When does my order ship?

Orders are shipped the next day after it is processed. 

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

What is AfterPay and Sezzle?

AfterPay and Sezzle are installment plans that are similar to a lay-a-way plan with the exception that the customer will receive their items once they complete their purchase and make their first installment payment. Once AfterPay and Sezzle confirm your first payment your order will be shipped. 

Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped it is in the hands of USPS. If your tracking number states that your order has been delivered and you have not received your order. Please contact USPS at  800-ASK- USPS (800-275-8777).

Where to enter my promo code?

You can enter your promo on the checkout page before checkout. If there is an issue with the code please contact us at Sales.PerceptionFashion@gmail.com

Do you provide pickup or delivery for orders?

We are currently providing same-day pickup and delivery for orders placed before 5 p.m.,

Pickup is available in Bolingbrook, IL. Use code "pickup" at checkout. You will be contacted via email. 

Delivery is available only in Bolingbrook, IL.. You can choose the delivery option at checkout.

What shipping carrier do Perception Fashion use?

We use USPS Priority Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated on the checkout page

How to cancel an order?

Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed.
